Letter from the President
We still enjoy the challenge of owning our own business, but for different reasons now. The challenge of product changes, the day to day ebb and flow of orders and the complexities of running a business make life interesting and frustrating at the same time. It certainly gives a distinctly different perspective then being a cog in the machinery of a large company. We hope that our experiences help us relate to your experiences. We’ve spent some long days trying to make sure that we didn’t drop the ball on a particularly tough order (or customer). We’ve had situations where we needed to ask a vendor to go above and beyond to provide that service level that was required. We’ve made mistakes, but we try hard to correct them and make sure that they don’t happen again. We appreciate, most of all, the trust that you place in us. Every day, we do our absolute best to make sure that trust in not misplaced. We count on you to let us know where we can do better. We will continue to work on our core values of Great Service, Quality Products and Competitive Pricing. With these commitments, we believe that we can “help you care for families”. We’ve been doing this now for over 5 years and have enjoyed every minute. When we bought the business back in 2005, we did it with the goal of giving ourselves the flexibility to spend time with our high school aged children. Brad is now married and living in upstate New York and Michelle is a junior and loving it at Clemson University (Go Tigers).
